WE HAVE ANSWERS

Why use aerial footage in real estate listings?
Why hire an FAA Part 107 Commercial Pilot?
How much will images or video footage cost?

Per MLS statistics, homes with aerial images sold 68 percent faster than homes with standard images. According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) 73 percent of homeowners say that they are more likely to list with a real estate agent who uses video to market their home, however, only 9 percent of agents create listing videos.

Are your pilots licensed?

All of our UAS Pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and fully compliant with all FAA registration and licensing requirements for commercial sUAS operations.

Commercial use of a drone is defined as exchanging flights or services for compensation of any type.  Always ask to see a copy of an aerial provider's 107 certification and registration to verify that the person you are hiring is flying legally and not putting you or your company at risk for fines or other legal trouble.

For a pilot who is unlicensed, the FAA could levy a fine of $1,100 per occurrence/flight where imagery is used commercially. More importantly, perhaps, the fine for the real estate agent who hires an unlicensed pilot is $11,000. Of course, if you’re an agent who bought a drone and took the photos or video yourself, you could be liable for both fines.

We base our pricing on specifically what each client requests and requirements. This allows us to tailor charges based on just the services you need.
